Turning Point
Turning Point is a domestic violence program serving victims for over 25 years in McHenry County.

The Turning Point shelter opened its doors this year, thanks, in part, to the $2500 Gallery in the Garden raised last year. The shelter can serve up to 21 women and children - but it costs $1200 to keep the shelter open the shelter for a single night. This includes 24 hour staffing, food, other sundries, and energy costs.
